Thank you for paying a visit to Sizemore Seminars. I know that
I am an unknown quantity. So the question is, why would any Bureau hire
an unknown. Here are a few reasons:

1) Topic presentations are designed especially for the client.
I don't believe in "canned" presentations. Each audience is unique,
therefore each presentation should be unique.

2) Handouts are always meant to be a reference sheet. They are designed
to have life after the presentation. A refreshing concept to be sure.

3) Seminars and workshops always start on time. If someone is late,
I am happy to repeat what they missed, AFTER, the presentation is complete.
But I do not repeat myself for every new person who happens in 10-15 minutes
after the program start.

4) Price is the key issue to any speaking contract. Seminars and
workshops are affordable. Price will vary due to time and materials needed.
Daily rate is $3000.00. Half day is $1500.00 and during 2009, I am offering a
20% discount to my new program Retire Sassy!

There is also a deep discount, if I get booked in St. Louis, San Francisco or
Washington, DC areas. Why you may ask? Simple, family is important,
so if I get booked where I can visit with family as well... then it is a win-win
situation for both of us.

So, there you have it, a few basic reasons for hiring me, an unknown!
